Once again we will be having a fundraising project in the form of the Shirley Suttill golf day.
This is a four ball better ball game and is the whole day Saturday.
This is the only fund rising we do.
During the year we do have several projects in the community – boy/girl training; foster parent training; HIV/AIDS groups; support for child headed families; food gardens; after care and crèches, just to name a few.
We desperately need funds for monthly food hampers for the child headed and under privileged families. Further to, we also need funds to assist with the day to day running of the organization to ensure a proper and sustainable future for our clients.
Currently 6 social workers and 3 social auxiliary workers run various projects in the community: Hlalanikahle extension; Kwa Guqa extension; Schoongezicht; Clewer and parts of town.
We appeal to you for assistance by sponsoring by donating prizes or any cash amount you feel comfortable to donate.
Although you will receive a tax certificate for highly appreciated donations, we are in the position to issue you with a broad-based black economic empowerment verification certificate.
For further information, please contact Alrina Kleynhans – office manager – On 013 656 2471 or Jeff Chegwidden – organizer on his e-mail: jeffcheg@lantic.net
We are looking forward to hear from you.
